375 g Mehl (500 g)
135 mL Milch (180 g)
35 g frische Hefe (50 g)
2 Eier (2)
1 Eigelb (2)
1 Prise Salz (1 Prise)
1 Pck. Vanillezucker (1 Pck.)
200 g Butter (270 g)
200 g Perlzucker (alternativ Hagelzucker) (270 g)
Alles außer Butter und Zucker vermischen und 30 Minuten ruhen lassen.
Butter und dann Zucker zugeben.
In 100-Gramm-Klumpen aufteilen.
15 Minuten gehen lassen.
Waffeleisen vorheizen, Waffeln backen.
