150 - 200 g Beeren oder Kirschen
3 Eier
50 g Zucker
40 g Mehl
1 Pck Vanillezucker
2 EL Kirschwasser
3-4 EL Creme fraîche

Zubereitung:

Früchte in ofenfeste runde Form füllen
Eier und Zucker schaumig rühren
Mehl, Vanillezucker, Kirschwasser und Creme fraíche unterrühren
Alles auf die Früchte gießen
Bei 180 °C ca. 25 Min. backen
